About Me
Backend-focused Software Engineer with experience building scalable systems, GenAI applications, and modern web products. I work across Go, Python, FastAPI, and Next.js, with a strong focus on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), backend architecture, and performance-oriented engineering.
Foundation & Journey
My engineering journey started at KIIT University, where I studied mechanical engineering with a minor in computer science. That mix shaped how I approach software today — I think in systems, care about trade-offs, and enjoy building reliable products that are simple to operate and scale.
What I Work On
I enjoy building backend-heavy products that sit at the intersection of software engineering and AI. My recent work includes local-first RAG systems, asynchronous document pipelines, hybrid retrieval, AI-assisted publishing workflows, and decoupled architectures designed for maintainability and future scale.
What I Bring
- Backend Engineering: Go, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, API design, async workflows.
- GenAI Systems: RAG pipelines, LangGraph workflows, hybrid retrieval, query rewriting, reranking, and evaluation-focused design.
- Scalable Architecture: Decoupled services, event-driven thinking, caching, queue-based processing, and performance optimization.
- Product Mindset: I care about usability, clean abstractions, and building systems that are practical in production.
Philosophy
"Build systems that are clear, reliable, and easy to scale."
I value clarity over buzzwords, strong fundamentals over unnecessary complexity, and products that solve real problems with solid engineering.
